Yes, many people find working with me during treatment helps manage the emotional and nervous system impact. We work gently and always at your pace.
No, this is coaching and wellness work. I'm an ICF accredited coach, NLP master practitioner, yoga teacher and breathwork facilitator. I don't diagnose or treat.
Kyna recommends a minimum of 4 sessions to experience meaningful and lasting results. You are welcome to book one session at a time and continue for as long as feels right.
All sessions are 1:1 via Zoom, 60 minutes each, with breathwork, somatic work, visualisation and NLP used where they feel right for you. You'll receive a follow-up summary after each session.
The K.Y.N.A. 12-week programme is a separate offering combining pre-recorded modules, a live community, and live events. If you're not sure which is right for you, mention it on your discovery call and Kyna will help you decide together.
